TXC: Why did you decide to start your own business?

SP: I was fed up with working long hours for an average pay check. I have a family and I want to provide them with the best lifestyle that I’ve always promised. Super Fit Direct helped me live my dream, be my own boss, and wake up every day with fire and passion with what I’m doing.

TXC: What previous type of work experience did you have?

SP: Although this is the first time being my own boss, I have solid foundations in budgeting, overall attention to detail, IT, and communication skills from my experience as a project manager. This definitely helped me in dealing with my current customers and suppliers.

TXC: What motivates you to be successful?

SP: My true desire to achieve all of my personal goals: get out of the 9-5 rat race; work for myself; have people working for me; provide a lifestyle for my family to where I don't have to scrimp all year for a holiday; and feel happy and motivated every single day when I wake up.

TXC: How is The Tax Club involved in the growth of your business?

SP: We got on board with The Tax Club from the very start of our new business. They have held our hand every step of the way! Especially with us being based in the UK. There is always someone in constant contact with us either by way of phone or email – their response time is fantastic! They have always been there to explain to us several opportunities on how to grow our business from marketing & business plans to tax savings that we never knew of.

TXC: What personal skills were necessary for you to start your own enterprise?

SP: The desire to want more along with the passion for what I do. I understand that the economy has been declining and that it wasn’t going to be an easy road, but success was my only option.

TXC: What are the long term goals for your business?

SP: To be a recognized brand whose reputation is gained through good quality products at affordable prices and supported by excellent customer services. I hope the business will grow to be a successful umbrella for numerous online businesses.
